THAI YOGA MASSAGE IN PREGNANCY


Based on the same system ancient healing system as traditional Thai yoga massage, this very effective treatment is adapted to be experienced safely from the first 3 months of your pregnancy.  Utilising adapted techniques including acupressure, reflexology and gentle yogic stretches, it helps the body and mind to relax and improves the natural flow of energy, helping to re-balance and remove energy blockages to allow for healing and improved health. 
During pregnancy, postural imbalances due to increased weight, add extra stress and strain on the body and can create aches and pains.  Hormonal changes can lead to symptoms such as headaches, a sluggish circulation and changes emotionally.
